TALL FESCUE
TALL FESCUE
Turf Seeds – Microtherms
This is a perennial grass that develops very well; it has broad, tough and rigid leaves as well as a dark-green colour. Of all microtherms, this plant is the most resistant to water stress due to its deep and well-developed root system. It resists heat and drought very well. It is very aggressive towards weeds. We do not recommend cutting below 4cm since the species has a rather tall leaf structure. If sown thickly and cut regularly, it forms a medium turf and texture, with a rustic tendency, resistant to wear and suitable for lawns and recreational areas, parks, slopes, etc. It adapts to many soil types and it can be mixed with ryegrasses and meadow grasses.
