GRASSING TECHNIQUES

GRASSING TECHNIQUES

Agricultural Mixtures

In its broadest sense, grass covering is the final phase, the restoration of the environment after the construction of streets, slopes, embankments, ski slopes, ski lifts, land protection and environmental conservation activities.

It is therefore an important process because, in most cases, it restores the turf which means more than the turf regaining its green colour; it should also adapt well to its newly regenerated soil, which is susceptible to run-offs and erosion because of the change in structure and sometimes in constitution.
