This notice is provided under Article 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 – Code regarding personal information protection for those who connect to the corporate website of Seminart S.a.S.

Pursuant to this same Article, users have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of any information processed unlawfully and to oppose information processing under any circumstances for legitimate reasons.
